Daniel Rangel

Daniel Rangel began his career on the underwriting side of a national mortgage lender, where he watched hundreds of Arizona applicants get turned away for issues that were legally disputable.

That experience became the founding thesis of Ascend Group USA: bring the same level of credit expertise Fortune 500 companies purchase from their advisors to the families most likely to be overlooked by them.

Today he leads a bilingual team of specialists, teaches community workshops across the state, and works directly with mortgage partners to prepare families for home ownership.
